SPINACH TORTILLAS

My husband is a die hard mexican food lover, he could eat it for months. I have to say that i have followed suit and love it myself. So when i had my first homemade tortilla, i was hooked! No way was i going back to the package ones. The homemade ones are so easy to make, they taste a million times better.

Ingredients:

2 cups of unbleached flour
3/4 cup of spinach water ( 1 cup of spinach blended with 3/4 cup of warm water)
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoon of oil

Mix it all and let it rest for 30 mins before shaping them.
Cook them 1 minute on one side and about 30 seconds on the other side.
