MEAL PLANNING

Monday

Breakfast: Oatmeal and coconut ( since it was 40 this morning, so cold)
Lunch: Leftover Mac and Cheese with Bacon (We had that on Sunday night, so good)
Dinner: Chicken Bouillabaise & Crusty Bread






Tuesday

Breakfast: Granola
Lunch: Leftover Bouillabaise with Salad
Dinner: Lentil Soup with Kale






Wednesday

Breakfast: Oatmeal with Apples& Pears
Lunch: Leftover Soup
Dinner: Stuffed Zucchini Boats & Watercress Salad




Thursday

Breakfast: Smoothie
Lunch: Salmon Cakes with Side Salad
Dinner: Balsamic Roasted Beets with Arugula & Herb Goat Cheese




Friday

Breakfast: Egg White Scramble with spinach and broccoli
Lunch: Quinoa Bowl & Veggies with Avocado dressing
Dinner: Grilled Fish with Tomato& Capers Sauce



Hello everyone! How was your weekend? Ours was really nice and pretty laid back.  We finally made it to the Farmer's Market and got so much good stuff and we made a stop to a sweet little BBQ place that we have been dying to try. It was so fast and really good, I should have taken some pictures to feature here. May be next time! I was so happy to see how a lot of people enjoyed the article from Bon Appétit. So anytime I see something that catches my eye and interesting, I will make sure to post it here. Now let's talk about this week's menu for a minute, you might think that the menu looks a bit Fall/Winter-ish, it is because this week will be cold here, 40-60's. Yikes! So warm and comforting food it is! 😉
