CHIA PUDDING
We have been having those chia pudding with fresh fruits for breakfast everyday for the past week. They are absolutely delicious! Mind blowing! Really I'm not kidding, you have to make those. You have probably seen me on instagram with Giada's cookbook " Feel good food". This is where I got this recipe, it is healthy, fresh, super quick to make and did I say delicious ;) haha
ingredients:
1 cup of plain nonfat yogurt
1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 tbs of maple syrup ( I used agave& maple)
1/4 cup of chia seed
Direction:
Mix all the ingredients and let it sit overnight and it ready for breakfast the next day with your favourite fruit.
You can top it with more syrup before you eat but I skip that part of the recipe. I don't like things to be too sweet.
White peaches and white nectarines have been favs but pick whatever fruit you like.

COCONUT OATMEAL
I was sitting in bed and brainstorming about a breakfast recipe and all I kept thinking was oatmeal. I think it's because I eat it everyday and thought to myself that I'm sure there are so many of you that do too. I truly do like it and it's so healthy for you, best part is that it cooks in 1 minute 30 seconds and it tastes delicious and oh! Did I tell you that I cook it in the microwave!? Amazing right!
This recipe is for one but you can double or triple it ;)
Ingredients:
1/4 cup of organic plain quick cooking oats (no sugar)
1/2 cup of almond milk
1 dash of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
1 teaspoon of honey (you can add more if you like it sweet, I don't like mine sweet)
Unsweetened coconut flakes
Direction:
Microwave on high for 1minute and 30 seconds
Stir it up
Top with some unsweetened coconut flakes
Enjoy!
