WHAT'S FOR DINNER





Lettuce wrap are something my husband and I order a lot when we are out. It is light, it's delicious and pretty healthy i might say.The best thing about it, is that it is so easy to make. It takes literally 10 mins to cook it. Talk about fast!

Ingredients:
2 chicken breast minced (Salt and pepper to taste)
1 clove of garlic
1 small onion 
1 cup of shitake mushroom
1/2 cup of water chestnut
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
1 head of bibb lettuce
some green onion to top everything off

Direction:
Sauté the chicken in the sesame oil
Add the onion, garlic, shitake and water chestnut
Add the oyster sauce and the soy sauce
When the chicken is done, top with green onions.
