WHAT'S FOR DINNER?

Last night we had one of our favourite side dish. I can honestly say that i can eat mashed cauliflower with a slice of baguette as a main dish. It is so easy to make, light and a nice alternative to potatoes and if you have picky eaters, they won't even notice the difference because this dish is packed with flavour. Oh and the best part is that it has only 4 ingredients.

Ingredients:
1 package of frozen cauliflower
Extra sharp cheddar cheese
Milk
Thyme
Salt and pepper

Place the frozen cauliflower in pot with 2 tablespoons of water . Put the lid on and let it cook until it's very soft and there is no water left.
Mash them well
Salt and pepper
Add 1/4 cup of milk( i used 2%)
Chopped the fresh thyme and add it to the cauliflower
Stir until the milk evaporates and the cauliflower looks nice and thick
Add the cheese. ( i love lots of cheese, but you can add however much you like)
Stir for a last time and enjoy!
