WHAT'S FOR DINNER

Hello friends! I had a slightly longer weekend than expected but i loved every minute of it. We made time for us and had some fun but still got some work done in the bathroom. When we are out and about and come home late, i usually made something quick for dinner and a chopped salad was on the menu. I love how they can always be different as i always throw whatever is in my fridge.

Ingredients:
 3 yellow beets boiled
2 boiled eggs
1/4 cup of bacon fried
1/2 cup of sauté brussel sprouts in bacon drippings
3 cups of Arugula
1/4 cup of kalamata olive
A handful of cube feta cheese

I used a lemon vinaigrette. Mix everything together and i love this with a piece of garlic bread , It's so delicious!
