Tea-time is very important in our house, even more so now that my parents are visiting. The routine is everyday at 3 pm, we get ready to have tea, that happens regardless of where we are. So I have been baking even more so we can have a sweet treat with our tea. I have been sharing a lot of my baked goods on instagram. This week, I made one of our favourite, Shortbread! I used this recipe. It was amazing and tasted just like the shortbread cookies I've had in Scotland and England. But watch out, they are so addictive! ;)
