WHAT'S FOR DINNER?

Hello friends, I hope that you had a wonderful weekend. As you know, I have been trying to come up with time saving meals and I think this recipe doesn't disappoint. Shrimp is a perfect candidate for a 10-min meal, throw some veggies with it and you have a delicious dish.

10 minutes shrimp stir fry

Ingredients:
1 pound of shrimp (cleaned and deveined)
2 teaspoons of Sambal oelek (chili paste) *** you can use less if you don't want it to be too spicy
 salt and pepper
1 cup of sugar snap peas
1 cup of baby asparagus
2 cups of bok choy
1 tablespoon of butter

Direction:

Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and the sambal.
Heat up the pan, put the butter in and sauté the shrimp until they turn pink
Add the veggies, salt and pepper them
Sauté for 2 mins.

Enjoy with some rice or some crusty bread!
