Ingredients:
1 bag of frozen mini chicken wontons
5 cups of chicken broth ( low sodium)
1 cup of rice noodles
1 spring of green onion
3 cups of baby spinach ( or more if you want)
1/4 cup of thai basil
1 cube of veggie cube from Knorr ( Please don't skip this, it adds so much flavour to the soup)
Direction:
Bring the chicken broth to a boil on medium heat, add the rice noodles ( it should take 5 mins to cook)
Then add wonton( they cook in 2 mins)
Take it off the heat, add the baby spinach, give it a good turn and it should wilt in seconds.
Serve it hot top with the green onions and thai basil. ( You can skip the thai basil if you don't like it)
So easy and delicious, you can add some hot sauce if you like.
