EASY HONEY WHEAT BREAD!

Bread! I know what you are thinking, it's so hard to make? Who has time to do this? But it is so easy to make and I promise you that once you've had fresh homemade bread come out of the oven with some butter on it, you cannot go back! It's so so good. It's really an easy recipe that I've come up over the years to simplify things , I can make them all time especially now that the temperatures have dropped down, they are just perfect with stews and soups and everything.  Let's get started friends!

Ingredients:
2 cups of white whole wheat flour
1 cup of lukewarm water
1 packet of quick rising yeast
1 tablespoon of Chia seed
1 tablespoon of Flax seed
1 tablespoon of Honey

Direction:

In a mixing bowl, add the water with honey and whisk it until the honey is dissolved. Then add the yeast.

Let the yeast bloom for 6 mins! It should look like this picture below.

Next comes the easy part, just dump the rest of the ingredients

Mix everything up with your hands, as soon as the dough forms , you are good. No need to knead this dough.

At this point, you can shape them however you like, you can leave it as one big bread or divide them. Options are endless! ;)

set your oven to 100 degrees and let those babies rise for 1 hour!

When they are puffy, set the oven at 350 and bake them for 13 mins! ( I made 8 small rolls, so adjust your time according to the size)

I like to brush them with some melted butter as they came out of the oven. This is the best time to eat them. It's so good!

I hope that this weekend is a great one for you all and may be, just may be ,you might want to venture and make some bread!
