PB&J FOR GROWN UPS!



Pb&J! I know that here, everyone that has had them while growing up but you might be surprised to know that I never had one! Shocking! Right? So this weekend, I decided to have my first one but I had to play around with it of course. You know, just add my touch to it and it was delicious! It was like an explosion of sweet, salty, smoky deliciousness in my mouth! With that said, I will be making more fun versions of PB&Js and share it with you, so be prepared! ;)


Ingredients:
Ricotta Cheese
Peanut butter
Crispy bacon
Fig Jam
Emmental Cheese (swiss cheese)
Whole wheat bread


First spread the ricotta cheese on one side of the bread.


Spread the jam on the ricotta and the peanut butter on the other slice. Easy so far, right?


Top it with the bacon. Don't you love anything that has bacon? Me too!


 Add the cheese. Top it with the other slice of the bread that has peanut butter and put in your panini maker until the cheese is gooey and the bread is nice and toasty.
