2 PM SNACK ATTACK!

Don't you hate when 2 pm comes around the corner and you are starving and don't really know what to have. It is a constant battle for me, I can't have something that is too light because let's face it, I will still be hungry and if I have something that is too heavy, dinner will be ruined for me. I used to love having my mid-afternoon sweet treat but lately I have been craving more savoury foods, like mini meals.  So I have piled up some quick and delicious snack to have, I had to include both sweet and savoury ones to satisfy everyone. SWEET:

Yogurt parfait

White chocolate bark


Fresh fruits with some cookies 


Shortbread cookies


Coconut muffins


SALTY:

Avocado toast (I love them)

Light soup


Veggie wrap
