For as long as I can remember, I've had a weakness for fries and bread. Growing up, we had baguettes with everything, I love a fresh, crispy baguette, there is nothing better than that except if you put some fries in it. You heard me right! ;) My mom used to add fries in our baguette with whatever else we had in it. It was delicious! If you haven't had it, you should give it a try, you won't be disappointed. So loving potato wedges is not a far stretch and they are so easy to make. I did take a shortcut on this recipe, I used dry chipotle bbq seasoning that I had in my pantry ,I used this thing twice but it was perfect for the potato wedges. I hope that you enjoy it!
Ingredients:
3 large unpeeled baking potatoes
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of bbq seasoning (dry rub)
3 tablespoons of fresh parsley chopped
3 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
Direction:
In a bowl, add the oil, seasoning, cheese, parsley.
Mix it well
Lay the potatoes on a baking sheet and pour the mixture over them and give it a good mix like the picture below.
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees, bake the potatoes for 30-35 mins.
Make sure to turn it half way through so both sides get golden brown and crunchy.
Since not all oven are created equal, make sure to keep on eye on them.
They are so delicious and so much better that the one in the bag. Enjoy!
