You know how much I love to cook and create fun things in the kitchen and I would say that at least once a week I like to find one recipe that I have never made and just got for it. Sometimes it turns out really good and sometimes not so much. Haha! But that's the beauty of cooking, it ok to make a mess or fail, then you try again and magic happens. I picked those three recipes because my mind has already shifted into the comfort food zone. I mean, it is cold outside so I would say that a bowl of pasta with cheese sounds like heaven right now. :)
