MEAL PLANNING

MONDAY
Breakfast: Granola
Lunch:      Tuna sammies
Dinner:     Veggie Bowl with Guacamole


TUESDAY
Breakfast: Granola
Lunch: Leftover veggie bowl
Dinner: Mushroom Lasagna with proscuitto cream sauce

WEDNESDAY
Breakfast: Banana Bread and Green Juice
Lunch: Mushroom Lasagna
Dinner: Baked Chicken with Roasted root veggies  ( Add 1 extra chicken breast for lunch)

THURSDAY
Breakfast: Green smoothie
Lunch: Chicken salad
Dinner: Vegetable soup with barley


FRIDAY
Breakfast: Oatmeal with blueberries and maple syrup
Lunch: Leftover soup
Dinner: Shrimp Stir fry
