MEAL PLANNING

Hi everyone! How was your weekend? It was cold all weekend long so we stayed in and I have to say that if we didn't need some fruits, we probably would not have gone out. This week's menu is about cleaning our fridge and freezer since it is the last week before we go do our monthly grocery shopping.  So it should be interesting. 😆

MONDAY

Breakfast: Oatmeal with blueberries
Lunch:   Tuna Sandwich
Dinner: Tarragon Roast Chicken with Sweet potatoes and broccoli & Kale Salad



TUESDAY

Breakfast: PB&J Oatmeal
Lunch: Tarragon Chicken Salad with Avocados
Dinner: Fennel and Pea Soup




WEDNESDAY

Breakfast: Orange smoothie
Lunch:Leftover Soup
Dinner: Merguez ( Spicy Tunisian Lamb Sausage) with Swiss Chard and White Bean Stew



THURSDAY

Breakfast: Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal
Lunch: Leftover  Stew & Flatbread
Dinner: Veggie Bowl


FRIDAY

Breakfast: Oatmeal with spiced apples
Lunch : Veggie Wrap with a side of Kale Salad
Dinner: Pan seared Fish with sauté shanghai greens
