As you know already meal prep is something that I rely on quite a bit and it has saved me on numerous occasion. Not only does it make me stay organised but also prevent quite a lot of waste for our family. I used to buy a bunch of veggies and fruits with no plan in mind on what do to with them, I would always end up buying more than I needed and it would go bad by the time I want to use it. So taking a moment and figuring out dinners saves you time during the week, saves you money and makes you feel like a boss 😎
