Monday

Dinner: Taco Pizza

Tuesday

Breakfast: Mango and Coconut Smoothie
Lunch: Leftover Pizza & Spinach Salad
Dinner: Cauliflower Steak with Quinoa



Wednesday

Breakfast: Green Smoothie
Lunch: Leftover Quinoa with a Salad
Dinner: Grilled chicken Paillard


Thursday

Breakfast: Granola Parfait
Lunch:   Salmon Salad
Dinner:  Mushroom & Asparagus bowl


Friday
Breakfast: Berry and mint Smoothie
Lunch: Leftover
Dinner: Fish with Pea purée



This week's meal planning is more or less winging it. Don't you love those kind of week? lol I wanted to make things that are really quick but still full of deliciousness. Let's talk about the pizza for a minute, I bought a dough from the store. I have tried different dough from different stores and narrowed it down to my favourite one. For $2.99, you can build a delicious pizza of your choice and save so much time on a busy week night. I love pizza nights! Add some wine to it and Monday never felt so good 😆
