LAS VEGAS ( KOI RESTAURANT) PART DEUX!

Hello everyone, I wanted to end this week with one extraordinary dish. We decided to go back to KOI for a full dinner since all the food was so good. Man, we were both so happy that we did! We had the best meal ever there! You might think "best"? Really? To that I have to say absolutely YES! But first let me go back a bit, the first time we went in, we sat at the lounge which was very cool. This time, we got escorted to the dining area which was so beautiful. I loved everything about it. Perfect for a romantic dinner with your love.
I ordered the Seabass dish and Cliff ordered the short rib. When I first received my Seabass, I thought that it looked very nice but nobody said anything about a broth around it? Somehow something inside me, told me to go for it and have a bite. Boy was I glad I did, it was an explosion in my mouth. The flavour in this dish was phenomenal. The Umami scale in this dish was 20/10. And to think that I almost didn't taste it, it would have been sacrilegious. Cliff tried it and immediately order himself one too. He had his short rib bagged. The short rib was excellent , it had been braised for 5 hours and it was scrumptious. But the Seabass was just on another level.
