PREVENTING AVOCADO FROM BROWNING

I love surfing food website and Bon appétit magazine is one of my favourite. I have avocados at least 4 times a week whether it's on toast, in salad or smoothies, I use them all the time. So when I stumbled upon 3 ways to be keep from browning, I was stoked and I thought that you might want to know as well.
